When you place your order, a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order is sent. You should always check your spam folder.
Dates and times of delivery, FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN GREECE:
The delivery process can take up to 2-5 business days from the day of delivery. Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra, Larissa and all over Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymno).
Shipping Costs
For orders over 55 euros shipping costs are free for all Greece.
For orders under 55 euros the cost is:
• For Greece (continental and island) the cost is 1,99€
If the shipping address belongs to inaccessible remote areas, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of the parcel.
For the rest of the country shipments are shipped via ELTA for a lower cost with delivery times 7-10 business days. Import taxes, customs duties in countries outside the European Union are paid upon delivery by the Consignee. Depending on the country of dispatch you have selected, the system will inform you of the exact shipping costs.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: In this case an employee of our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all the alternatives. In times of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, this may affect the shipping and delivery of your order. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either with respect to the product or with regard to payment) because your details that you entered is not up to date.
