Company Details - Right of Withdrawal
According to the current legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products through www.jlove.gr with a statement addressed to the company JEWELSLOVE OE, AFM 801139777, DOU Heraklion, based in Heraklion, Crete. 14 days after receipt of the products.
Refunds: Within 14 days and after your refund and your original order has been paid by cash, credit card debit, you will receive your money back with a bank account indicated to us.
Product damage
It is suggested to the customers of the online store when they receive products and they have been damaged, cracked or completely destroyed then they should contact the courier company within 24 hours from the time of receipt. In order to compensate for any damage, the goods must not be removed from the parcel and delivered exactly as received to the courier within 24 hours.
